- 10We typically fish 50–60 miles offshore from Myrtle Beach, hitting deep reef structures for Grouper, Snapper, Triggerfish, Amberjack, and more.
- 11Bring drinks, snacks, sun protection, and a cooler to take your cleaned fish home. We’ve got the rods, reels, bait, tackle, and licenses covered.
- 12Yes! Captain Matt will clean and bag your fish. You'll need to follow legal species and limits, but you can expect to take home fresh catch.
- 13Everything but food and drinks. You'll get: All rods, reels, bait, tackle, fishing license, ice, coolers, and a fillet service for your catch. Plus, a Captain who knows how to find fish and ensures you have a great time.
- 14Safety first. If the weather isn't cooperating, we'll either reschedule your trip or offer a full refund. We monitor the forecast closely, but offshore weather can be unpredictable, so Captain Matt will always make the call with your safety in mind.
- 15Depends on the trip you book: • Nearshore: 5–20 miles out • Offshore: 25–50 miles • Gulfstream: 60+ miles (that’s where the big boys live)
- 16Absolutely. I take out first-timers, families, and serious anglers all the time. I’ll walk you through everything and make sure you're having a blast. No fishing ego required, we’re out here to have fun and catch fish.
- 17We’re fishing the Atlantic, you’ve got options. On our nearshore and offshore trips, we commonly catch Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo, Grouper, Snapper, King Mackerel, Black Seabass, Flounder, and sometimes even Sharks. Depends on the season and your trip length.
- 18Nope, I’ve got you covered. All of our charters are fully licensed, and your fishing license is included in the trip. You just bring yourself, a good attitude, and maybe a sandwich or snacks.
- 19Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, drinks (no glass), and whatever snacks keep you happy. Dress in layers, mornings offshore can be chilly even in summer. Oh, and bring a small cooler if you want to take home your catch. I’ll filet it for you.
- 20We offer 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12-hour trips. The longer the trip, the more fish you can catch. For the ultimate experience, the 12-hour Gulfstream trip is ideal for catching Tuna, Mahi, Wahoo, and possibly Billfish. If you're new to fishing, start with a 6 or 8-hour nearshore trip.
